Onions recalled
Panesar rejected
England have recalled seamer Graham Onions ahead of the fourth Ashes Test, which will get underway at the Riverside Ground in Chester-le-Street, Durham, on Friday.
Fast bowler Steven Finn, again, and spinner Monty Panesar has been excluded - while the lanky Chris Tremlett has retained a berth in the 13-man party. Ian Bell has recovered from a thumb injury.
"The inclusion of Graham and Chris gives Andy Flower and Alastair Cook an opportunity to assess both the fitness of the bowling attack following the third Test, as well as the conditions at Durham, Geoff Miller.
"While the players should be congratulated on retaining the Ashes, there is still a lot of cricket left in this series and it is important that the players recover and refocus ahead of another crucial week of Test cricket."
