The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Monday moved the Supreme Court challenging a Bombay High Court order holding as illegal and unconstitutional its two-member panel probing allegations of betting in IPL-6.
The BCCI disagreed with the high court order that the probe panel was not set up in accordance with its constitution and rules and contended it was perfectly in order and sought a stay of the high ourt verdict.
